I was glad that the store called back within 10 minutes to explain the situation. But the attitude was terrible. All I can say is this....I can give my money and business to other stores in the area.
Their shoes are nice but their employees are rude and mean to kids if I could give zero stars I would these employees need to be fired maybe they should not have animals in the store the mama cat was not even with the babies and the lady technically yelled at my 2 year old cousin she got up in her face don't shop here guys

We have been going to this store to buy the kids shoes for my little one. Today, when I was going to pay the credit card, I saw something suspicious on the statement. I thought there may be duplicate charge because the 2 charges were only 1 cent different. I called the credit card company and they suggested to talk to the store.
The scrubs are expensive but the shoes are reasonably priced
Now, we did it on a very pleasant and professional manner. The rep from the credit card company or I did NOT accuse the store made the mistake on the first hand. We were very polite to the store reps. But the 2 people we talked in the Super Shoes store had a very aggravating attitude. After we hung up, the rep in the credit card company said so, too.
