They mangers are sneaky. They will violate any tenants rights that they don't want living here. They supposedly receive complaints that never get passed to the tenants so the problems can be fixed, they will disqualify a tenant for a new lease without giving them the chance to rectify the problem that is keeping them from getting the new lease. If they have to do work on your lot, they blame you for the problem, and then never fix the yard itself. They don't hold themselves accountable for the condition of the vacant lots. The main water pipes are breaking and falling apart in one to two places every year.
