The owner is extremely rude. My husband's wedding band (bought from Kay) had a cable running around it that frayed. I took it in to ask if he could glue it down or sand it in and was told that the wedding band was junk and not worth it. I was then encouraged to buy something there. I was so upset. It wasn't a cheap ring and while I could have bought a new ring, I wanted the one the Priest blessed and we got married in. I left in tears. Complete jerk.
