The staff here are very nice and personable. The yoga space is great, warm and cozy. They have a variety of classes to choose from and their class prices/ memberships are very reasonable and affordable!
Great gym. Usually not busy. Has sauna and rental lockers.
Terrific. I go 3 to 8 hours oer week. Classes are varied and interesting and the staff is great!

It's good if you want to power lift but they need to update there equipment
