I have been renting a car from Enterprise each summer for the past four years and have always received very good service. My one problem this year is that -although I returned my Nissan Elantra one day early (it was due at noon on September 17th and was returned at 3 PM on Saturday, September 16th) - I was charged for an additional day ($68) because the Enterprise office was closed at 1PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, September 18th. Unfortunately, I did not know that the Enterprise office closed so early on a Saturday.
I realize it was my responsibility to find out the closing time. Customers just need to be more alert!
I called to reserve a vehicle for work, as i do once a month. When I arrived at the shop, I was told there was not a reservation. The girls at the shop told me not to worry they'll take care of me, and they did. Whether it's business or pleasure Enterprise is my first choice. Thanks as always Danielle and Elisa
Service was great and quick. Easy to get upgrades as they want to process people as quickly as possible.
Well if you need a car from here and are from out of state make sure you have a major credit card that has a free balance of at least 300 or you won’t be able to rent one
Totalled my car and had to get a rental from here. Was tricked into signing up for insurance, after it being made to look like it was a break down of the charges and ended up being charged over $1,000 for "insurance." I pay that much a year for insurance. Highway robbery. Tried to call and got the run around. Was suppose to get a call from area manager to help. Received nothing. Corporate said "sorry accounts closed". Never coming here again. Stay away.
