I happened to service my car through Mike Jr. who answered all of my questions professionally and promptly. He went above and beyond to meet my needs in a timely manner as I was taken care of immediately. I will happily give them my business from here on forward!
I had heard great things about the service but what I experienced was the exact opposite. Went in for a tire repair and oil change, ended up having to replace the tire which I had no problem with but I had to go back to have them correct my tire pressure AND they never topped off fluids during the oil change. I called, told them and they never reached out to make it right. That was my first and only time I used the service.

I received such a warm welcoming feeling from everyone. I'm so thankful for Dave and all of his knowledge! He helped me tremendously throughout the whole process of buying my first Chevrolet! The salesman are good people. I highly recommend Rick Bell even to my own friends and family. Their repair service is fast. The waiting room is very clean, and they have tea/water. I'm pretty sure they have coffee too!
